San Diego trip

For Armilyn's birthday, we took an overnight trip to La Jolla and San Diego. We left after Alex came home from school. On the way down we stopped in Carlsbad at this new shopping center, so Armilyn could check out her favorite store, Anthropologie. Alex and I hung out by the fountain.

Our room at the Residence Inn overlooked the pool, so we let Alex take a quick dip, but it was a little on the cold side.
