August wasn't that quiet

We have had a busy August, which hasn't left much time for blogging. The main thing going on is preparations for Armilyn's cousin, Justine and her wedding to Fernando on August 23. Here is a sneak peek from the engagement party


Earlier in the month, Armilyn took her niece, Leila, and Alex to the FV Library Park



Armilyn's other niece, Jasmine, celebrated her 2nd birthday


and we went to Tante Ellen's surprise birthday party at Waters Restaurant, where Alex caught up with his favorite Uncle Robert and favorite Aunt Denise or "Auntie Neece" as Alex says it.



Despite all the activities, we still took time to stop and smell the flowers



and there's more this weekend. Justine's wedding on Saturday and Walking With Dinosaurs on Sunday:
